How long does it take for my order to be processed?
It depends. As we create each item on a per-order basis, it takes about 2-7 business days to create t-shirts and tote bags, and 2-5 business days for posters and canvas art. Once your product has been created by our team, we ship it from our Los Angeles location via United States Postal Service. It can take between 3-5 business days to arrive to you (sooner the closer you are to the west coast, longer the further east you are.)
What tracking options are there?
You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. If you created an account with us, you can also view your order history and tracking number by logging into your account.
My order shipped, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system. Check back again. If after 48 hours you still see nothing, you can contact us.
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Because of the variety of product we fulfill, we ship each item accordingly based on their dimension requirements. Generally posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps ensuring protection during shipment. Frames and canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes ranging in the dimensions of 26x20x18" to 28x5.5x38" depending on requirements.
How do you package frames?
Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches. Next they are wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally they are wrapped once again in a thicker more durable bubble wrap, adding extra protection during shipment.
How are shirts packed?
Each shirt is individually folded and packed into their own poly bag and then packaged in poly mailers for shipment.
What does the status “partially fulfilled” mean?
Because of the variety of product we fulfill, we can’t ship all products in the same package. For example, we can’t ship t-shirts together with posters due to different packages. Partially fulfilled means that only part of the order has been shipped out and the other part is still waiting to be fulfilled.
What material are the frames made of and what color? What is the thickness of the frame? Are the frames matted?
Our frames are wood and made in Los Angeles. Acrylic covers the print and the frames are black. The frames have a border of 1" making the final diameter of a Framed Poster 1" large all around. ie. 24" x 36" = 26" x 38" Frames are not matted.
